With headquarters in Altoona, Pa., and 14 branch locations in Pennsylvania and New York, The Hite Co. opened its first Pittsburgh branch on Jan. 3. Hite plans for a second Pittsburgh location later this year.
Bob Suders is the branch manager of the new 20,000-square-foot facility located in the Etna section of Pittsburgh.
“The Hite Co. has always been eager to open a location in the Pittsburgh market,” said R. Lee Hite, president and CEO.
Founded in 1949, the family-owned electrical distributor ranked No. 99 on Electrical Wholesaling's most recent “Top 200” with more than $52 million in sales for 2003.
