Activant Solutions Inc., Yardley, Pa., has released Trading Partner Connect version 11.0. The newest version of Activant's Internet trading network allows for membership by distributors not using an Activant software platform.
“Distributors not running an Activant solution will now be able to leverage value-added features currently available in Trading Partner Connect, including rationalizing items files, posting dead stock and AMU data, creating relationships, and generating valuable Buy/Sell reports,” said Steve McLaughlin, senior vice president and general manager of Activant's wholesale distribution group.
The new release's features are geared to expedite sourcing, expand geographic reach, and streamline transactions with their trading partners, the company said.
