Fire-Lite Alarms by Honeywell, Northford, Conn., is partnering with a select group of its electrical distributors to carry a defined mix of popular fire-alarm equipment and low-voltage power supplies. Select electrical distributors will be offered Fire-Lite's newly created SPARK Partnership Program, which provides tools and resources to support future business growth.

SPARK (which stands for Strategy, Partnership, Alliance, Rewards, Knowledge) supports participating electrical distributors through volume rebates and co-op advertising funds. These distributors can also qualify to receive annual growth rebates. In return, SPARK partners make a commitment to support the fire and life safety needs of their electrical contractors.

“The growth rebate incentive is a reward for electrical distributors that are serious about the fire and life safety business. Those are the distributors we want to partner with and support their future growth,” said Kim Weaver, Fire-Lite's national sales manager, Electrical Distribution.

Distributors that qualify for the SPARK Partnership Program gain direct access to a special grouping of Fire-Lite's alarm panels and peripheral devices, including detectors, strobes, annunciators and even its newest product, the IP Communicator. SPARK partners also gain access to security power supplies for intrusion, video and access control systems manufactured by Honeywell Power Products.

Distributors interested in the SPARK program can contact Weaver at [email protected] or phone 203-484-6286.
