Oct. 11, 2016
The Forces Under 40 Award will shine a spotlight on the up-and-coming leaders in the industry under the age of 40. NAILD invites distributors and others to help identify 2016’s most accomplished young lighting professionals by nominating someone with whom they have worked first-hand.

The National Association of Innovative Lighting Distributors (NAILD), Princeton Junction, N.J., launched a new award program “to recognize young, dynamic leaders in the lighting industry as Forces Under 40,” and is seeking nominations. The group said both NAILD members and non-members are eligible for nomination.

“This is a time of immense innovation in lighting and more young professionals are joining our industry,” said Becky Phillips, NAILD president. “We are introducing our first Forces Under 40 Awards to recognize the next generation of rising stars in the industry.”
