Bulbrite, Moonachie, N.J., donated pink light bulbs to The Society of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Thrift Shop to help support Breast Cancer patient education, research and care while recognizing October as “National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.” Based in Manhattan's east side in New York City, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center is one of the world's premiere cancer centers.

“We are proud to participate in this Breast Cancer Awareness Program,” said Cathy Choi, president of Bulbrite. “We hope that we can make a difference, no matter how small, on the lives of people with breast cancer and their loved ones.”

Bulbrite donated 100% of the proceeds from selling the pink A19 lamps to help support breast cancer research, education, screening and treatment. The company says the bulbs are “ideal for decorative and display applications in the home, as well as for sign, display, amusement and theater applications.”
