Q-Tran, Bridgeport, Conn., maker of power supply systems and transformers, is offering its next Q-School training session on Dec. 5 at its headquarters in Bridgeport. Q-School training sessions are available to lighting showroom and electrical distributor employees, lighting designers, engineers, electrical contractors, architects, specifiers and other professionals in the industry.

During the one-day session, guests will be trained on Q-Tran's products, processes and the important role of power supply centers and toroidal transformers in low-voltage and LED lighting, as well as Q-Scape, the company's power supply infrastructure for landscape lighting. In addition to the Q-Tran training seminars and courses, attendees can become registered AIA/CES-certified instructors of the firm's low-voltage lighting course.
