Billows Electric, Philadelphia, donated $2,700 to Special Olympics New Jersey at its Billows Expo 2002.

Special Olympian Robert Elfreth, who won a gold medal in golf at the 1999 Special Olympics World Summer Games and appeared on the front of a Team Cheerios cereal box, represented the Special Olympics at the Billows event.
