B-Line Rolls Out Service-Oriented Promise Program

Cooper B-Line, Highland, Ill., launched a new partnership program for it comm/data distributors. The “Promise Program” offers Cooper B-Line distributor partners a mix of products, service, training and resources to help increase sales and profitability for participating distributors. The program is an extension of the manufacturer's original Promise Program, which it says has been very successful in providing value to the company's electrical distribution channel.

Distributors who participate receive guaranteed shipping within 48 hours for all Promise Program items. All distributor participants also receive priority handling for any requested quotation.

“The Promise Program exemplifies many of the core values and beliefs that we have at Cooper B-Line,” said Kevin Kissling, president of Cooper B-Line. “This program rewards our loyal distributor partners by adding significantly more value back into the relationship.
