BlueVolt's selection was based on its ability to provide new and innovative service offerings, a unique approach to delivering learning solutions, a commitment to improving learning through technology and the quality of initial clients.

According to TrainingIndustry.com, the 2010 Learning Portal Companies “Watch List” is intended to help buyers of training services evaluate learning portal providers.
