Branch Electric Supply Co., Upper Marlboro, Md., was awarded the Exellence In Distribution/Warehousing in the Wholesalers category from the Baltimore/Washington Chapter of the Warehousing and Research Council and the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development as part of the 1997 Distributor/Warehouser of the Year program. The program goal is to raise awareness of distribution and warehousing in the state of Maryland and to recognize contributions the industry makes to the region through its business and civic undertakings.
