Columbia Electric's Annual Electrician's Night Features the Rox Sep 1, 2007 12:00 PM Columbia Electric Supply Inc., Brockton, Mass., hosted its annual “Electrician's Night at the Rox” last month at Brockton's Shaw's Center. The event combined a trade show with a little all-American baseball and a barbecue. The annual celebration is geared toward electrical contractors and their families, beginning with a display of the very latest products from Columbia's top manufacturers, including Square D, Philips and Leviton. In addition to the latest products, the event features a “Triple Play” barbecue, followed by a Brockton Rox minor-league baseball game that evening. Geoff Murphy, president of Columbia Electric, says the event grows in popularity each year and is one of the 75-year-old firm's signature events. “We encourage electrical contractors to bring their families and enjoy an evening of food, baseball and a chance to see the latest products in a relaxed, fun, family atmosphere.” Got an Item for Bulletin Board?
