Cooper Bussmann Promotion off to the Races Apr 1, 2007 12:00 PM Hot on the heels of its announcement that it's sponsoring a truck in the NASCAR truck series, Cooper Bussmann is putting the sponsorship to work. Distributors can now register for the 2007 Winners Circle sales promotion, a sweepstakes drawing that kicks off April 1 and runs through September 30. Sweepstakes Grand Prize winners will travel to the 2007 NASCAR Ford Championship Race Weekend in November. The program offers Cooper Bussmann distributors three ways to boost sales: Cooper Bussmann Training — Four regional seminars for OEM/MRO, industrial and contractor account customers offer a comprehensive package of training covering Code Compliance, Downtime Reduction and Workplace Safety in conjunction with four regional NASCAR Craftsman racing events. National End User Sweepstakes Promotion — Increase counter traffic with a sweepstakes drawing for your OEM, MRO, industrial and contractor customers. Five grand prize winners will win a trip for two to the NASCAR Ford Championship Race Weekend. Distributor Sales Incentive — From April 1 through August 31, the top five in Cooper Bussmann sales will earn the trip for two to the NASCAR Ford Championship Race Weekend. All Cooper Bussmann products and services qualify. The NASCAR Ford Championship Race Weekend in Homestead-Miami, November 16-18, determines the top drivers of the Craftsman Truck Series, the Busch Series and the Nextel Cup Series. The prize includes airfare, three nights hotel, spending money, ground transportation, pit tour, Cooper Bussmann Track Pak and grandstand tickets to all three major NASCAR race events. Distributors can register online by visiting www.cooperbussmann.com. The promotion kit is available for $100 per unit and can be purchased using available Cooper Bussmann co-op funds.
