The article “Inside angle on acquisitions,” (EW — Nov. 2007, p. 73) had an error regarding the ownership stake that Heritage Partners, Boston, has in One Source, Oceanside, Calif. Heritage has a 49 percent share in the company, while Bob Zamarripa, the company's president and CEO, retains the majority share and holds 51 percent ownership.
