Olympic gold-metal gymnast Dominique Dawes met with attendees at Robroy Industries' annual dessert reception, which was held during the recent NAED annual meeting in Orlando, Fla. As a member of the 1996 gold-medal USA Olympic team, Dawes also became the first African-American to win an individual event medal in gymnastics. Clyde G. Rutland, chairman of the board of Wholesale Electric Supply of Houston, won one of two official Olympic jackets that were raffled off to guests.
