To help electrical distributors launch a new line of replacement switches, indicator lights, and battery clips, Ideal Industries, Sycamore, Ill., has developed an in-store merchandising program.

At the center of the program is an interactive counter display that holds twenty-four switches for customers to sample. The mounted switches are shown with detailed descriptions and ratings. The board is easily expandable using Ideal indicator light and battery clip displays.

Another key component to the program is an eye-catching merchandiser that can be attached either to the side of an existing gondola or used as a freestanding floor display. Holding 24 of Ideal's top-selling switches, the merchandiser's flexible design allows for the switch board display to be mounted on its top to encourage impulse buying.
