Manufacturers rep One Source Associates Inc., (formerly known as Downie, Turner, & Burress and Maryland Lighting), Columbia, Md., presented its first Outstanding Customer Service award to Mary Ellen Mills, manager of customer service for Ferraz Shawmut. The company said Mills was “top notch” in her field, and consistently went the “extra mile.”
