LUCKY CONTRACTORS WIN JET SKIS Jan 1, 2003 12:00 PM Electrical contractor customers have won Kawasaki Jet Skis as part of Edwards Signaling “Summertime Signals To Ride” nationwide promotion. The contractors were customers of Crum Electric Supply's branch in Rapid City, S.D., and the Long Island City, N.Y., branch of Benfield Electric Supply Co. Inc. Contractors who purchased Edwards Signaling products during the promotion received an entry card for each purchase. After completing the requested information, entrants mailed the cards for a random drawing. Frank Murdock Jr. of Pine Ridge, S.D.; and Richard Poggiali of Bayonee, N.J., are the two lucky winners. The salespeople who sold the winning orders shared in the luck. Al Wessel, Crum Electric, and Steve Sgueglia, Benfield Electric, each received a $1,000 American Express gift check. The promotion recognized loyal customers and introduced new electrical contractors to Edwards Signaling's full line of audible and visual signals, according to Gene Pecora, Edwards vice president of business development. Edwards Signal is headquartered in Cheshire, Conn. Crum Electric Supply Co., headquartered in Casper, Wyo., has several locations serving the northern Rocky Mountain region. Crum Electric was ranked No. 165 on Electrical Wholesaling's most recent listing of the Top 250 electrical distributors. Ranked No. 65 on the Top 250 list, Benfield Electric Supply Co. is headquartered in White Plains, N.Y. In addition to serving the New York market, Benfield Electric's international division cultivates business overseas. Got an item for Bulletin Board?
