MANUFACTURER'S TRAINING PROGRAM CREATES EXPERTS

ELECTRICAL WHOLESALING STAFF

Nov 1, 2000 12:00 PM

The Cooper Crouse-Hinds Masters Club, an intensive factory training program for electrical distributors, celebrates its 11th anniversary during 2000. The Masters Club program is designed to create a Cooper Crouse-Hinds "Expert" for each branch location by enabling them to gain specialized knowledge about Cooper Crouse-Hinds products, operations, sales support tools and factory personnel. In addition to the comprehensive, week-long training class, the Masters Club provides ongoing follow-up product training and information.

Training courses are conducted at the Cooper Crouse-Hinds headquarters in Syracuse, N.Y., throughout the year. The course is led by sales and marketing personnel and is supplemented with extensive reference materials, hands-on workshops and facility tours.

In addition to the Masters Club distributor training program, the company offers a variety of other training materials for distributors, including videos, brochures, catalogs, manuals and self-paced workbooks.
