MPHusky, a cable tray manufacturer in Greenville, S.C., agreed to purchase Superior Cabling Systems Inc. of Richmond, British Columbia. The acquisition was finalized March 29. The acquisition will give MPHusky a manufacturing facility for cable tray that will serve the markets of the Western United States and Western Canada, according to Jim Watson, MPHusky's marketing manager. The company plans to keep the facility open making cable tray. It will be managed by the current manager, Allen Luyt. The name will be changed to MPHusky, said Watson.
