The distributor graded the power-equipment manufacturer in seven categories including evidence of quality of internal systems, on-time and accurate deliveries, credits and return handling, price/value ratio, and overall ease of doing business. Sola/Hevi-Duty was the first vendor ever to receive a perfect score for quality in McNaughton-McKay's competition.
