Rockwell Automation Inc., Milwaukee, acquired certain intellectual property associated with Power Automation's software-based CNC for $5 million. Power Automation is located in Pleidelsheim, Germany. This intellectual property will be used to provide CNC motion solutions focused on power-train applications for the automotive industry.
