Tepper Electric Supply Co.'s Ed Tepper, president (right), was joined by Siemens Energy & Automation Area Manager Ray Leveille (left) at the company's 50th anniversary festivities at its 28,000-sq-ft headquarters in Champaign, Ill. A six-month celebration culminated in a day-long vendor expo, attended by more than 800 people, and was followed by a dinner party for 250.

Tepper Electric opened for business 50 years ago with three people and now employs 27. The company serves the Champaign area, residential, commercial and industrial markets. Siemens was a participating vendor in the expo and coincidentally recently observed its 150th anniversary.
