Tri-State Utility Products Inc., headquartered in Marietta, Ga., celebrated its golden anniversary with an open house and barbecue on May 4. Employees as well as approximately 250 customers from Georgia, Florida and Alabama attended the open house, and 14 manufacturers displayed and demonstrated their products. Sixty customers received door prizes.

Tri-State provides electrical material to investor-owned utilities, rural electric membership cooperatives and municipal electrical systems in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, western North Carolina and eastern Mississippi. In addition to its central warehouse in Marietta, Tri-State has distribution centers in Tallahassee, Fla., and Pell City, Ala.
