California Contractor Wins Ride with RAB

Dec 1, 2007 12:00 PM

RAB Lighting, Northvale, N.J., announced that Rex Sylvester, owner of Rexco, Palm Desert, Calif., won the “Ride with RAB” motorcycle promotion. The promotion was an exclusive for Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED), Westlake Village, Calif.

Over 3,000 contractor entries were received at participating CED branches nationwide during the program, which ran from June 1 to July 31, 2007. Contractors entered the contest by depositing entry forms into prize drawing boxes located in the counter areas of over 200 participating CED locations.

Sylvester received his Harley-Davidson FXDB Dyna Street Bob in vivid black with spoked wheels at an open house at CED-Palm Desert in October. In addition to the First Prize Harley Davidson motorcycle, RAB awarded many second and third prizes, including wireless security systems and outdoor lighting systems, to contractors throughout the country.
