GE finalizes Alstom deal

This Barron's article offers a good summary of the deal GE used to nail down the bid for Alstom.  In the article Morgan Stanley’s Nigel Coe and team are quoted as saying there have been some "significant changes to the deal structure vs. the original proposal on 30 April."
