Priority Wire & Cable, Inc., is in the final stages of opening its new Midwest sales and distribution center in the Chicago's western suburb of Itasca, Ill. Priority said its success nationally has allowed the company to expand its operations during a time of challenging economic conditions.
The new 116,000-square-foot facility, located within blocks of I-290 and the Elgin-O'Hare expressways, will house all the products that electrical distributors have come to expect from Priority Wire & Cable, plus many new specialty items, all within a day or two delivery of the entire Midwest region of the country. The facility is expected to be fully operational to coincide with the start of the New Year.
