Broken Arrow Electric Supply (BAES) of Broken Arrow, Okla., has acquired White Electrical Supply of McAlester, Okla. Both companies are family-owned.

“This is a great fit for both companies,” says BAES Vice President Mick Leibold. He said the acquisition gives BAES a “perfect location” to support its growth strategy in southeast Oklahoma.

Tom Craig, grandson of WES founder Ed White, will continue to provide the branch leadership in McAlester. The new business will continue to operate from its own inventory of products, and will also be able to draw from the Broken Arrow inventory.
