NEMRA Forum to Tackle Leadership Issues Jan 18, 2005 5:56 PM Members of the National Electrical Manufacturers Representatives Association (NEMRA), Tarrytown, N.Y., and its NEMRA Manufacturers Group (NMG) will discuss succession planning and personnel development in a panel discussion entitled, "Leadership and Development for the Next Generation," in the NMG Forum at NEMRA's 35th Annual Conference, to be held Feb. 17-19 in New York. Independent electrical representatives participating in the NMG panel discussion on Feb. 17 are: Willis J. Milner, United Electrical Sales, Orlando, Fla.; Kelly Boyd, Electrorep, Sausalito, Calif; and Tom Fisher, Fishco and Associates, St. Louis. Providing the manufacturers' perspective will be: John Hoffman, Wiremold, West Hartford, Conn.; Jeff Sherman, PW Eagle, Eugene, Ore.; and Gary Norris, Ilsco, Cincinnati. Facilitating the NMG Forum will be Robert Wendover, managing director of The Center for Generational Studies, Aurora, Colo. The session will be moderated by Jim Lucy, editor, Electrical Wholesaling.
