Lavon Winkler has been appointed president and chief executive officer of Milbank Manufacturing Co. (Kansas City, Mo.):. Most recently, he served as chief operating officer at Milbank. Lavon is replacing Katrina Henke who was CEO for two years and who has been named vice-chairman.
Prior to joining Milbank, Lavon was President and CEO of Mid-America Manufacturing Technology Center (MAMTC) and held several management positions in his 22-year history with Butler Manufacturing, including President of Butler Roof Division, President of Innovative Building Technology and Vice President of Engineering and Builder Services.
