Bridgeport Fittings (Stratford, Conn.): Larry Beach, former director of technical sales, has been promoted to region sales director and Wayne Beach has been promoted to director of technical sales from his recent position as technical sales manager.
As region sales director, Larry will be responsible for developing and implementing regional business plans to include an overall growth strategy, annual sales plan and budget. He will also be charged with maintaining and cultivating key customer relationships and implementing company sales strategies for expanding the company’s revenue stream. Larry has been an industry veteran since 1980 and has held many positions in the electrical industry including electrician, operations manager, estimator and outside sales. He lives in the Seattle area.
In his new position as director of technical sales, Wayne will be responsible for training and coordinating with contractors, engineers, architects and end-users to gain position on present and future projects. He is an experienced construction electrician who came to Bridgeport with a 20-year service record with the U.S. Navy Seabees. Wayne lives in the Boston area.
