Rucker and Shulman Promoted at JMC Steel Group

At JMC Steel Group, Chicago, Jelani Rucker has been promoted to V.P. of marketing and business development and Jeff Shulman is now V.P. of logistics.

JMC Steel Group (Chicago): Jelani Rucker has been promoted to V.P. of marketing and business development and Jeff Shulman is now V.P. of logistics. Rucker has served as JMC’s director of marketing and business development for over eight years. He will continue to be responsible for developing and managing marketing initiatives across the company’s entire product portfolio, as well as developing new business opportunities and strategic relationships with companies in current and emerging markets. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering and a master’s degree in technical management, both from Johns Hopkins University.

Shulman has been in a logistics role at JMC for more than nine years. With his promotion, he is now responsible for the development and implementation of logistics strategy with JMC’s key carriers. Shulman possesses an honors bachelor’s degree in communications from McMaster University. JMC Steel Group is the parent company for Atlas Tube, Picoma, Energex Tube, Sharon Tube and Wheatland Tube.
