Klein Tools, Lincolnshire, Ill., is giving away a truck and other prizes to celebrate the company's 150th anniversary. Klein Tools is holding its anniversary-themed contest, in which participants will be randomly selected to win prizes. Contest participants can enter to win by visiting Klein's Web site (www.kleintools.com/truck) through March 30, 2008.

The company will randomly select people to receive the following prizes:

Grand prize. 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi pickup truck.

First place. Winner's choice of Klein Tools products worth $1,000.

Second place. Winner's choice of Klein Tools products worth $500.

Monthly drawing. Six winners will each receive six commemorative Journeyman hand tools (side cutting pliers, long nose pliers, diagonal cutting pliers, crimper, pump pliers and cable cutter) featuring the anniversary logo.

Weekly drawing. Select Klein Tools 150th anniversary gear that includes: hats, shirts, key chains, coasters, cards, beverage tools, etc.

Participants must be 21 years old and be a legal resident of the United States.

The company also announced three new commemorative, limited edition products featuring the Klein Tools 150th anniversary logo. The three items include a nine-piece nut driver set, a contractor's leather zipper portfolio with handles, and a lockback pocket knife.
