The region's housing market is still in rough shape, as single-family and multi-family building permits are all down more than 20 percent through August. But there's good news in the institutional construction arena, with the $220 million Maine General Hospital project in Augusta, Maine; an $189 million expansion at Yale University; and a $115 million construction job at the University of Massachusetts' Dorchester, Mass., campus.
