In response to changing times, the Manufacturers' Agents National Association (MANA), Laguna Hills, Calif., has revised its contract guidelines. The complete set includes "Sales Agency/Principal Agreement Guidelines," "Sales Agency/Sub-Representative Agreement Guidelines," "Sales Agency/Employee Guidelines" and "International Contract Guidelines."

The set of guidelines is useful to manufacturers' reps and manufacturing companies using these outsourced sales professionals, as well as attorneys practicing in this area.

The guidelines were drafted by MANA's board of directors and Gerald Salmen, Esq., an authority of representative-principal law.

MANA is extending a limited-time offer to nonmembers for the full set of guidelines for $99, normally a $125 value. MANA members will receive one set free.
