For owners of manufacturers' agencies, today's business environment may challenge the firm's the ability to not only grow, but survive.

Not to fear, though, Manufacturers' Agents National Association (MANA) can help face those challenges with two new special reports titled Coping Strategies for the 21st Century and An Introduction to Bankruptcy.

In Coping Strategies, the 31-page, eight-chapter report identifies issues facing today's reps and provides coping strategies to address them. The report offers real advice on consultative selling, principal relations, globalization and much more from actual reps.

Intro to Bankruptcy provides information to help agents and manufacturers protect their interests both before and after a bankruptcy is filed.

Coping Strategies costs $10 for MANA members and $30 for nonmembers; Intro to Bankruptcy costs $10 for MANA members and $20 for nonmembers. Each may be ordered by calling 877-626-2776 or by e-mail at [email protected]. They are both available in PDF format.

With 4,600 member agencies, MANA is headquartered in Laguna Hills, Calif.
