Electri-Agency Inc., Elk Grove Village, Ill., and Chicago Lighting Inc., Rosemont, Ill., have announced the merger of the firms. The new company, Single

Electri-Agency Inc., Elk Grove Village, Ill., and Chicago Lighting Inc., Rosemont, Ill., have announced the merger of the firms. The new company, Single Source Sales, will operate with two divisions: electrical products (Electri-Agency) and lighting products (Chicago Lighting). Dennis Ball, Larry Bisaillon, and Chuck Currie will be partners in the new company. The new firm will be located in Electri-Agency's current facility at 123 King St. in Elk Grove Village.

Rob Gioia has been appointed vice president, Leslie Osterman Associates Inc., Syracuse, N.Y. With 20 years experience in the electrical industry, Gioia has been with Osterman Associates for more than 10 years. Gioia will continue his account responsibilities in addition to his position as vice president.

After 17 years with Electric Sales Unlimited, Santa Fe Springs, Calif., Rick DeFazio joins Brazill Brothers & Associates Inc., Metuchen, N.J., as sales manager.
