Shat-R-Shield, Salisbury, N.C., has appointed Tri-Tech Sales Associates, Nesconset, N.Y., to rep its line of safety-coated lamps and lighting products as its new manufacturers rep agency in New York south of Route I-84 and in northern New Jersey, effective Jan. 1. Led by Robert Tuniewicz, president, and Gil Talamo, vice president, Tri-Tech Sales will market the Shat-R-Shield line to electrical distributors, contractors, OEMs and industries that include food processing, packaging and pharmaceuticals.

Perma-Cote, Gilmer, Texas, has added Promellis Inc., as a representative for Quebec and Eastern Ontario, Canada. Promellis is an electrical manufacturer's representative with sales offices in Blainville, Quebec and in Quebec City, Quebec.
