At its annual Electrical Supply Division Network Meetings in March, Affiliated Distributors (A-D), King of Prussia, Pa., recognized 11 electrical distributors for outstanding commitment to A-D and its vendor partners. Awards were given to the top performers in the contractor market, the industrial market and among Canadian affiliates.

The first award category, Greatest Overall Growth, recognizes affiliates for an increase in performance with ongoing A-D electrical suppliers in 2005. Receiving this award for their results in 2005 were: Border States Electric Supply, Fargo, N.D.; Bell Electrical Supply, Santa Clara, Calif.; Hunzicker Brothers, Oklahoma City; Teche Electric Supply, Lafayette, La; and Choice Electrical Supply, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.

The second awards category, Highest Overall Participation, recognized the percentage of purchases made with A-D suppliers as a percentage of total company purchases in 2005. Receiving this award were: Stanion Wholesale Electric, Pratt, Kan.; Fromm Electric Supply, Reading, Pa.; Crum Electric Supply Co., Casper, Wyo.; Ralph Pill Electric Supply Co., Boston; DeCota Electric Supply of Sikeston, Mo.; and Liteco, Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada.
