Institution of Engineering and Technology offers full slate of events for electrical professionals

Electrical professionals near London may want to check out the 2013 event calendar for the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), which has more than 150,000 members worldwide in 127 countries. According to IET's website, www.theiet.org, the association was formed in March 2006 by a merger of the Institution of Electrical Engineers (IEE) and the Institution of Incorporated Engineers (IIE). Over the next few months, IET will sponsor seminars on wireless communication systems for buildings, updating the electrical grid, wiring regulations, electric vehicles, renewables and other topics of interest to electrical distributors, manufacturers and independent reps.
