Milbank acquires Vigilant product line from DynaGen

Milbank acquired the Vigilant Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) product line from DynaGen Technologies Inc. earlier this month. The acquisition includes all assets associated with the Vigilant line, ranging from 100A to  1,250A transfer switches. DynaGen is a Canadian-based original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specializing in the design and development of power control devices.

The Vigilant ATS automatically transfers critical loads in the event of a power outage in residential, agricultural and light industrial applications. The sale of its Vigilant ATS product line will allow DynaGen to focus its resources on its control solutions. The Vigilant line will be available to Milbank’s distribution partners as well as to DynaGen’s existing customers and channels, which include contractors, installers and service centers.
