Daniel Jones, Encore Wire's chairman, president & CEO, was presented the 2016 Mordica Memorial Award on June 8 at this year's WAI Operations Summit & Wire Expo (Wire Association International).

(McKinney, Texas):Daniel Jones,Encore Wire's chairman, president & CEO, was presented the 2016 Mordica Memorial Award on June 8 at this year's WAI Operations Summit & Wire Expo (Wire Association International). The Mordica Memorial Award is given as a tribute to the Wire Association International's founding president John Mordica to honor an individual who has made contributions to the wire industry's base through research, development, innovation, or other technical pursuits. In part with his award acceptance, Mr. Jones presented on “The Encore Wire Formula — A Culture of Innovation and Collaboration" during a luncheon held on Wednesday, June 8.
