White will serve as CEO, while Seger will serve as president. They assume leadership as former CEO Tammy Miller retires.
Border States Electric (BSE) (Fargo, ND): BSE recently welcomed David White as CEO and Jason Seger as president. This change comes after CEO Tammy Miller retired from her role on March 31. Miller was named CEO in 2006 and has worked with the company since 1991. During her leadership, profits grew from $486 million to over $2 billion in 2020, while the company grew from 760 employee-owners to more than 2,600.
White most recently served as president of BSE starting in 2018 and brings over 30 years of industry experience to this role. Additionally, he served three terms with the NAED board and worked with several manufacturer advisory councils. Seger previously served as the company’s EVP Regions and has over 20 years of experience at BSE. Most recently, he served on the NAED Western Region Council, chaired the NAED LEAD committee and conference and served on the IDEA Industry Advisory Board.
