Summit Electric hires director of talent management

Summit Electric Supply (Albuquerque, N.M.): The company has hired Brian Terrell as its director of talent management. He  was recently COO for Burger Söhne AG in Burg, Switzerland, where he directed the premium cigar maker’s operations in Spain, Italy, France, Asia and the U.S. Previously, he led the strategic direction of Compañia Canariense de Tabacos SAU in Madrid, Spain, a Burger Söhne partner, as the company’s CEO. He was also sales director for Kraft Foods International in Caracas, Venezuela and led analysis and execution of sales and marketing plans.
