Intralec Electrical Products Ltd., Mississauga, Ontario, is now Nexans’ manufacturer’s representative for Ontario effective Nov. 1. Intralec has been servicing the Ontario market since 1977 and has reps throughout the province. Murray Chamney, the company’s president, was winner of Electrical Wholesaling’s 2013 Ganzenmuller Electrical Marketing Award (GEM) for Independent Manufacturers Representatives. Intralec is the first Canadian rep to be hired by Nexans according to Chamney.
